These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Club Network (“TCN”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and Membership
You must be at least 18 and a member (or bona fide applicant) of a private golf or country club. Membership in TCN is gated: we may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access. You must provide accurate information, including your name, email, club, and any GHIN number you enter. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password confidential.
Not an Official Club or USGA Service
TCN is an independent members' network. Unless a club has a written partnership with us, we are not that club's official app, directory, or tee sheet. We are not affiliated with the USGA or GHIN. Entering a GHIN number does not make TCN an official handicap service.
Acceptable Use
Use TCN respectfully and lawfully. Do not harass members, impersonate anyone, scrape or export the directory, share others' personal information outside the app, post content you do not have the right to share, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Your Content
You keep ownership of your profile, photos, messages, and posts. You grant TCN a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for what you share.
Messages, Groups, and Photos
You may message other members and send photos from your library. Group owners choose public-to-club or invite-only in the app, but you should not assume group content is secret. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
ClubLink
ClubLink lets members at other participating clubs find you. It is off by default. Turn it on in Settings if you want members at other participating clubs to find you.
Golf With Me and Money Matches
Golf With Me posts are invitations between members, not a club tee-sheet reservation. Guest fees, dress codes, and club guest policies are your responsibility. A money-match flag is informational only. TCN does not hold stakes, process bets, or operate a gambling service. Any side game is solely between members and must comply with applicable law. We may remove listings or the feature.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the service. We do not promise that TCN cannot be breached. Optional Face ID lock stays on your device. Tell us promptly at privacy@theclubnetwork.app if you think your account was misused.
Suspension and Deletion
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if your club membership ends, or if we shut down the service. You may delete your account in Settings at any time.
Disclaimers
TCN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that connections or rounds arranged through the app will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Club Network, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your state says otherwise.
